It was just an optimal selection for a holiday in Lincoln with good value considering price it charged. The staff was helpful when I needed them to correct a billing issue, making checkout smoother. Check the ice machines as one was out of order .

The room was a nice size with coffee/tea makers, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

nice building and rooms with a bathtub. a wide array of options, good food. location right by haymarket park and lincoln at night and the airport. easy check-in, late check-out.

The toiletries have gone from luxurious Nutragena to what I assume is bargain-basement soap, how good. I cannot fathom why there was no microwave in the room-it's downright scandalous for a hotel of this caliber. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of special treatment really sealed my disappointment.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with a good selection at free breakfast. In general the service was friendly!
